Cramer & Associates, LLC (Cramer & Associates) today announced two key changes to its leadership team.
Todd Nixon has been appointed President, effective immediately. With nearly two decades of financial services and banking industry experience, Mr. Nixon brings a deep understanding of product management, operational expertise and sales enablement. He most recently served as Managing Director of Strategic and Business Development at Cramer & Associates.
Rhonda Kulhanek will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer effective immediately. With 30 years of industry experience, Rhonda has collaborated with broker-dealers and product providers to design sales training and sales leadership curricula. She relies heavily on her sales background and facilitation expertise to create training programs that increase advisor sales and success. She had previously served as the Managing Director of Sales Training Strategy.
As President, Mr. Nixon will continue to set strategic direction in alignment with the firm's long-term objectives, with expanded responsibility developing and implementing new initiatives.
