This is because Friday’s 13th10 franchise is my favorite, so I can’t go long without watching a Friday 13th10 movie. Lance and the Arrow seem to be in agreement with me. They talk about Friday’s 13th movie with some frequency. Written and directed by Rob Hedden, Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan has the following synopsis: Mass murderer Jason Voorhees is resurrected from the bottom of Crystal Lake. After killing the occupants of a boat, he boards a cruise ship with his high school graduating class heading for New York City. Charles McCulloch, a biology teacher, is aboard with Rennie, his niece. Rennie has visions of Jason drowning in the sea as a child. Rennie and Charles escape the bloody shipboard rampage but Jason is still close by when they reach Manhattan. Dupree, Saffron Henderson, Kelly Hu, Sharlene Martin, and Warren Munson, with Kane Hodder as Jason Voorhees.
