Crypt TV’s Frankenstein tale The Angry Black Girl and Her Monster is getting a release through RLJE Films, Shudder, and AllBlk
Nearly a year ago, we heard that Crypt TV, an entertainment company that was launched in 2015 by Jack Davis and Eli Roth, with Blumhouse Productions on board as an investor, was putting together it first domestic feature film: a new take on Mary Shelley’s classic story Frankenstein that would be called The Angry Black Girl and Her Monster. Variety reports that The Angry Black Girl And Her Monster has been distributed by RLJE Films. This deal also includes AllBlk, Shudder, and AMC Networks’ sister brands. RLJE will release the film theatrically sometime this year, and then later in the calendar it will be streaming on Shudder or AllBlk.
