Temuera Morrison says that Boba Fett was supposed return in season 3 but nobody called him

Date:

It was only natural that the original bounty hunter in Mandalorian armour would be involved with a Star Wars

show that expanded on the lore surrounding the Mandalorian Society. Disney+ knew that they had to give Boba Fett his own spotlight when he returned to don the armor. Boba Fett will also revisit the show that explored the Mandos, with Din Djarin playing a key role in Boba Fett’s return. ComicBook.com reported that Morrison was to return. However, according to Morrison

“Nobody rang.” Morrison spoke about his snub when he appeared at the SUPANOVA ComicCon & Gaming convention held in Melbourne, Australia. Morrison confessed that he was waiting in New Zealand for the phone call, and wanted to give up. Morrison had also mentioned Din Djarin stealing the spotlight from Boba Fett’s show. “Well, that Mando guy stole some chapters of my book. It was painful to see him appear with a new black lethal sword. He destroyed everyone in my Book Of Boba. I’m certain this guy… ah… is ruining my show. I didn’t know what to say. I’m not a writer, so I guess I have to take it.”With Boba Fett being introduced in season 2, and Djarin appearing in Book Of Boba Fett fans hoped that he would reciprocate the favor and continue a crossover with his helmeted brethren during season 3. This was not the case. Book Of Boba Fett

also hasn’t announced a second season. Mandalorian also has not announced a season 4 yet, but creator, Jon Favreau, had already expressed interest in returning. Time will tell. In the meantime, fan favorite, Ahsoka, is set to premiere her own series late in the summer.
