Zach Galifianakis signs a deal to appear in Disney’s upcoming live action reboot of Lilo & Stitch
. Directed by Dean Fleischer Camp, the report says that Zach Galifianakis has signed a deal to play the role of Zach in the live-action Lilo & Stitch10 movie.

Despite being a destructive force, Stitch eventually bonds with Lilo and they escape the pursuer aliens. The film was followed by several direct-to video sequels and a few TV shows. The identity of Zach Galifianakis in the Lilo & Stitch movie is currently being withheld. However, Disney is still looking for actors to play Lilo & her older sister. As expected, the character of Stitch will be a CG creation.
When Disney announced the Lilo and Stitch remake four year ago, they had initially been in talks with Jon M. Chu (Crazy rich Asians) to have him direct. It was announced last summer, however, that Dean Fleischer Camp, who is the filmmaker behind Marcel The Shell With Shoes On10, had signed up to direct. Camp stated that he was extremely and [excited] when the news was first made public. “I didn’t know they were going that today. It’s great, now I don’t need to keep it secret anymore.” The film is based on the non-fiction book The Great Beanie Baby Bubble, by Zac Bissonette. It focuses on the Beanie Baby craze in the 90s.
