Cindy Williams, the star of Happy Days spin-off Laverne & Shirely alongside Penny Marshall, has passed away at the age 75.

Laverne and Shirley were friends who shared a basement apartment in Milwaukee while working as bottle cappers at Schotz brewery. The series premiered in the #1 slot and lasted eight seasons. However, Cindy Williams did not make it to the end. Williams was pregnant with her first baby at the end of the seventh series. She didn’t expect that anything would change.
