Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar might be one of the all-time great Hollywood couples in terms of endurance, but that doesn’t mean they haven’t had their rough patches. The most shocking? Gellar spoiled The Sixth Sense10 for Prinze.
While Gellar was evasive about what she said, she did give some insight about how it happened. Still in the first act, Shyamalan’s breakout movie , Gellar said that Prinze had refused to watch movies with her for 15 years.The big twist to The Sixth Sense10 is that Bruce Willis’ character is a child psychologist who works with Haley Joel Osment. The movie was shot by a former patient. Gellar must have spotted enough clues to ruin the movie for Prinze, as this information is not revealed until the final act. This is unfortunate because it remains one of the most memorable twists in movie movie history.When Gellar stated that Prinze had refused to watch a movie with him for over a decade, Shyamalan replied, “Rightfully so.”
